we make every effort to take proper care of your privacy so that you feel comfortable while using our services, in view of which we present below the most important information about the principles of our processing of your personal data and cookies that are used in connection with the services we provide. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY 

If you choose to use our services, you will be asked to provide us with your personal data. 

Your personal data is processed by us for the purposes indicated below, related to the provision of services. 

Purpose of processing: 

The purpose of processing your personal data is to provide services by the Administrator.  

Basis for processing personal data: 

A legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator, e.g. related to accounting (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR); 

A contract for the provision of services or actions taken at your request aimed at entering into such a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); 

The Administrator's legitimate interest in processing data for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending possible claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); 

The legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of: 

  • processing data for analytical and statistical purposes; 
  • customer satisfaction surveys. 

Sharing of personal data: 

Provision of personal data to the Administrator is voluntary, but in some cases it may be necessary to enter into a contract. 

Effect of not sharing personal data: 

Failure to provide personal data to the Administrator will result in the inability to use the services. 

PERIOD OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA  

Your personal data will be processed only for as long as the legal basis for doing so lasts, that is, until: 

  • the Administrator ceases to be under a legal obligation requiring it to process your personal data; 
  • the possibility of asserting claims related to the provision of services ceases; 
  • you object to the Administrator's processing of your personal data - in case the basis for the processing of your data was the Administrator's legitimate interest or when the data was processed for direct marketing purposes. 

DATA SECURITY 

When processing your personal data, the Administrator shall apply organizational and technical measures in accordance with applicable laws, including encryption of the connection using an SSL certificate. 

YOUR RIGHTS 

You are entitled to request from the Administrator: 

  • access to your personal data and to receive a copy of it;
  • rectification (correction) of your personal data; 
  • erasure of your personal data;
  • restriction of the processing of your personal data; 
  • transfer of your personal data to another controller; 
  • the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (to the address of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00 - 193 Warsaw). 

In addition, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data: 

  • for reasons related to your particular situation - against the processing of personal data concerning you, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (i.e. on legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator), 
  • if your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes. 

In order to exercise your data protection rights, you should contact the Administrator directly. 

If you discover that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority. 

COOKIES FILES 

The Website uses so-called cookies (cookie files).  

These files: 

  • are stored in the memory of your device (computer, phone, etc.); 
  • enable, among other things, the use of all functions of the Website; 
  • do not cause changes in the settings of your device;
